The DGA-Producer Pension & Health Plans will be hosting health fairs and free fl u shot clinics exclusively for DGA members and their families (regardless of Health Plan coverage status) in Los Angeles and New York City this fall. Plan now for the event nearest you. This event will feature: Free Flu Shots Reservations are recommended for all fl u shots. Online reservations for the Flu Shot Clinic in Los Angeles will open on August 11 and New York reservations will open on September 15. All reservations can be made online by visiting www.dgaplans.org/fl ushots. For assistance booking a reservation, email fl ushots@dgaplans.org or call (323) 866-2216. These fl u shots are available to all DGA members and their dependents age 13 and over. The Directors Guild Foundation has generously supported these annual events and will continue to cover the cost of the fl u shots for participants not covered under the Health Plan in New York City. The Cedars-Sinai Community Health Improvement Program is generously covering the cost of the fl u shots in Los Angeles. myPHP Information Booth • Learn about the myPHP benefi ts portal, where Pension and Health Plans participants can access their personal benefi ts information—including Health Plan eligibility, medical claims, employer contributions, estimated pension benefi t accruals, vesting status, pension statements, view your current benefi ciaries, and more—wherever you have internet access! • New myPHP subscribers and current myPHP subscribers who change to paperless delivery of myPHP documents will be entered into a raffl e drawing for an Apple HomePod smart speaker.
