Your Role in Industry Harassment Culture Please join us for this bystander intervention training event that will challenge the participants to examine how their day-to-day decisions shape workplace dynamics. DGA members can hold unique power in shaping workplace culture and leadership decisions can unintentionally perpetuate harm – or actively disrupt it. Rather than centering punitive responses or relying solely on HR intervention, this training session can equip members with tools to intervene in real time, model care- centered leadership, and foster a culture of safety and respect on set. The participants will also be challenged to reflect on their practices and biases while learning tangible ways to intervene in harmful situations. This training is presented by the Diversity Department as a part of the DGA's commitment to creating harassment free sets through fostering a culture of equity and inclusion.
