It's Tax Time! Do You Have All The Documents You Need?
Although the DGA sends members' residuals to the most current address on file at the Guild, W-2s (Wage and
Tax Statement forms) are sent directly to the members by the entities that have written those checks. However, the
studio or payroll house may not have the most current address for a member. If you are missing a W-2 form, or need
to change your address so future W-2s will be delivered to the correct address, please consult the chart below for
Change of Address fax lines and/or W-2 Hotlines for several studios and payroll houses. If the company issuing
your W-2 is not on the list, please call their main number.

DGA President Lesli Linka Glatter recently paid a visit to
DGA members working in the world of news.
On February 25, following an appearance on the network's program
Morning Joe, Glatter was introduced to several DGA members
employed at MSNBC/NBC's studios in New York.
