Villeneuve is a multiple Academy Award- nominated French-Canadian filmmaker whose attention to detail and unique visuals have established him as one of the premier directors working today. Dune: Part Two, the monumental continuation of Dune: Part One and conclusion of Frank Herbert's novel Dune, has garnered Villeneuve his fourth Oscar nomination.
