ROLLING INTO
JUNETEENTH
On June 15, Glendale's Moonlight Rollerway
transformed into a festive hub as Local 700
members and their families celebrated June-
teenth together. Organized as a joint effort
between the African-American Steering
Committee and the Young Workers Com-
mittee (West), the rink was alive with the
sound of skates and upbeat tunes that set the
stage for an unforgettable gathering. This
event was more than just a skate party; it
was a heartfelt tribute to freedom and com-
munity spirit. ■
