Day at the Races.
Projects over the years

Drop Kid, Seabiscuit, Jersey Boys,
Johnny

The Lone Ranger and the HBO
series
Luck.
"Santa Anita's filming coordinator Pete
Siberell pulled out all the stops," says
Chair of the LMGI Western Region David
McKinney/LMGI, who organized the
event." The venue provided valet parking,
a $2 betting voucher, an open bar and a
delicious catered spread in the exclusive
100 to 1 Club with its sophisticated
lounge-style seating, wagering machines,
outdoor covered seating and all the finest
of amenities. We had a panoramic view
of the entire racetrack that is set against
a gorgeous mountain backdrop. A raffle
was held, and LMGI members Dale Dreher
and Kelly Stuart won extra party gifts, and
everyone received a swag bag of goodies."
"I met the PR/Marketing people and
now know exactly who to deal with when
doing a project at Santa Anita," says raffle
winner Dreher. "It was invaluable seeing
and being seen again by Pete Siberell,
since he's really the guy who makes
it happen for us! I thank the LMGI for
making this fun summer meet, greet and
see, possible."
Adds attendee KALM A.J. Valdez/LMGI,
"Santa Anita Park is a gem. Pete & his
team were very gracious hosts & even
made the betting a bit of fun with an
in-house handicapper. The weather was
perfect. The food was fantastic and the
membership was out in force to enjoy
a lovely day at the races. Hats off to the
LMGI for another successful event!"
