THE ARTISAN SUMMER 2024 • 31 PHOTOS COURTESY OF PARAMOUNT+ You do not want an entire audience and crew waiting on you changing the actor's make-up and hair in between scenes. So unless the script calls for it, keep the hero look except on special occasions. Let's talk about OUR hero looks. Bruce Grayson and Luke O'Connor do Kelsey Grammer and "Alan" (Nicholas Lyndhurst). Kelsey always has a natural tan because he spends time outdoors so Bruce uses Koh Gen Do foundations on him. Luke loves Davines, Luke's Gel in Black, flow smoothing balm for the men for their hair. Farah Bunch and Luke do "Freddy" (Jack Cutmore-Scott). Farah loves an Esthician make up line called DECODERM that she uses for his foundation because it gives the most beautiful color to the skin and goes on like butter. Farah also does Jess Salgueiro who plays "Eve" with Melissa Malkasian who does her hair. Farah loves Laura Mercier foundation applied with a Beauty Blender, with a Viseart Paris Petits Fours on the eyes in Praline Epice with MAC Teddy Eye Kohl on lash line on the top and bottom. Pillow Talk Intense by Charlotte Tilbury is her hero lip color and under her eyes we love of course, Cle De Peau in almond. For Jess's hair, Melissa uses Kerastase Crème De Jour Fondamentale and diffuses it dry. She defines some curls with 1/2" curling iron. She finishes with Oribe dry texturizing spray. Angie Wells and Iman Newborn do Toks Olagundoye who plays "Olivia." Toks loves natural vegan products, so Angie uses Face Atelier Pro Foundation, Kosas, and Fenty in different shades to add dimension. Angie likes to do a wash of peach to Toks' eyelids to brighten them before going in with neutral shadows. Angie loves Ardell Naked Lashes and she LOVES big jars of Beauty Blenders. Angie finishes it off with a bright lip for Toks. Iman uses Toks' favorite "Brand With a Heart" hair care, and OMG Smooth and OMG Curl to achieve her slick buns. Melissa and Angie also do Anders who plays "David." Melissa loves Ouai air dry foam, Ouai wave spray to diffuse his curls dry. If you ever get the pleasure of working on a multicamera remember, it's not just camera that's waiting—it's a 200-person audience, so plan accordingly. Multicamera is like a working behind the scenes on a Broadway play. Keep the action moving and the audience engaged. And bring a coat! ey say comedy is best served cold. We're not sure we agree, we'd say it's best served with great cra service. • L-R: Chris Messina as David Falk, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Matthew Maher as Peter Moore L-R: Jack Cutmore-Scott as Freddy Crane, Kelsey Grammer as Frasier Crane, Nicholas Lyndhurst as Alan and Toks Olagundoye as Olivia Kelsey Grammer and Nicholas Lyndhurst Jess Salgueiro as Eve and Kelsey Grammer Toks Olagundoye
