He started his storyboarding career at ILM on Willow and joined the Art Directors Guild on The Rocketeer. Soon after, David started on Jurassic Park and began a yearslong association storyboarding with Steven Spielberg. That term saw him working on many Amblin and DreamWorks projects, including Hook, Jurassic Park: Lost World, Twister, Deep Impact, Galaxy Quest and even Shrek with DreamWorks Animation. In the years following, he had the pleasure of collaborating with Ron Howard on Backdraft and The Grinch; with Francis Ford Coppola on Dracula; Bob Zemeckis on Death Becomes Her; Jim Cameron on True Lies and many, many others. Most notably were years long associations with Sam Raimi and most recently with Jon Favreau, starting with his Iron Man, up to storyboarding every episode of every season of The Mandalorian.
