Ciara Brennan
A recent career highlight would be working as an illustrator on The Woman King with Gersha
Phillips. I've been fortunate to illustrate for her on several projects over the past 10 years, as we
are both dual-card members with IATSE 873 in Toronto. She was instrumental in giving me the
confidence to transition to full-time costume concept artist. It's great to build a relationship with
a designer. Getting to know their aesthetic and work style really benefits our jobs as artists. In
Toronto, futuristic/apocalyptic shows such as
Star Trek: Discovery, Strange New Worlds, and
Beacon 23 have kept me busy for the past several seasons.
