The package includes a garment and fitting by Hawbaker herself, tickets to the Art of Film Costume Design at FIDM and the CDGA, and a guided tour of Western Costume Co. Without the gracious support of other colleagues who have their own crossover projects, Salvador Perez, Arianne Phillips, Laura Morgan, and Janie Bryant, this collection would never have existed. Kearns shared some pearls of wisdom on branding. "The movie was, in a sense, a kind of impetus to create and transcend to this other entity. The endeavor was successful as it was a different kind of collection. J.R. and I played the role of an agency. One important aspect of this is the costume designer often has the access to relationships that can make collaboration happen. I always tell the designers, 'Introduce yourself to the marketing people, find out who does the licensing, and who is doing the press. Let them know you're interested in collaborations or supporting the premiere and attending the red carpet.' There is clearly a proactive role for designers. People are recognizing the art and the aesthetic of costume design as something to champion."
