During awards season, we honor excellence in costume design, so it is also fitting to honor our members who serve as Board members, office staff, and committee chair volunteers. They give their energy and time to pro- mote and protect the best interests of the CDG member- ship. So let's honor them and acknowledge their efforts to promote the art of costume design. President Emeritus Salvador Perez opened the month- ly Guild meeting on October 8, 2022, and presented the gavel to incoming President Terry Gordon who conduct- ed the month's agenda.
