Cheongsam
We were inspired by Anna May Wong and
the film In the Mood for Love. We drew her
cheongsam on tracing paper and built a
mockup, then found an end piece from
Mood Fabrics. The hero dress had to have
the flower pattern placed in a specific way.
The double was not a true double because
we didn't have enough fabric. Karine
Bazikian hand beaded the dress and her
work is gorgeous.
