8 H O T E L H A P P E N I N G S CRESCENT HOTELS & RESORTS ADDS THE VIV HOTEL, ANAHEIM, A TRIBUTE PORTFOLIO HOTEL Award-Winning Hospitality Management Company Now Managing Newly Rebranded Anaheim Property Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a nationally recognized lifestyle operator, has added The Viv, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel to its Latitudes: Lifestyles by Crescent collection. The announcement aligns with the recent rebranding of the Southern California property. Formerly the Radisson Blu Anaheim, The Viv was converted to a hotel within Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. The refreshed property stands apart with its amenities and serv- ices designed to attract various types of travelers, from business travelers to families and cou- ples, all while maintaining 'nods' to Disney throughout the spaces. Given the proximity to Disneyland, guests are encour- aged to explore Anaheim their own way and discover local attractions including Downtown Disney, Adventure Park, Angel Stadium, Honda Center and the Anaheim GardenWalk. Beyond the play of the day, there's sanctuary to be found at the property. The Viv has tailored programming to help travelers settle-in. With separate pool scenes for families and adults, the hotel has strong personalization that allows guests to curate the best version of their vacation experience. The Viv offers a wide variety of guestroom offerings including king, queen, suite style rooms and even bunk bed- rooms for the whole family to stick together. Each room is designed with vibrant colors and is equipped with an individual bar offering, mini refrigerator and complimentary Wi-Fi. This property is poised to become a "community" location for their food & beverage options. The Top of The V is renowned for its authentic Spanish cuisine where diners can enjoy savory dishes while taking in the breathtaking views of Southern California. Additionally, Valencia's at the Viv is a Mexican restaurant inspired by Chef Edgar Beas upbringing in Tijuana, this culinary experience serves a modern take on Baja California style cuisine with traditional, indigenous Mexican influences. Melody's Market Place sets a more casu- al setting for light bites and is popular for its delicious array of gourmet snacks, fresh salads, and gourmet sandwiches. With the rise of business trav- el, the property also accommo- dates corporate meetings and small events with its three event rooms. The hotel has updated two large-scale meeting rooms, holding up to 70 people in a nat- urally lit space with both free Wi- Fi and Banquet catering avail- able upon request.
