Why am I passionate about my pen?
Using my pen is like feeling without touching. And that's important
in what I do. I'm Tad. I'm a Texture Artist and I give texture to the
digital world — the 3D World.
My girlfriend's name is Maya Shader. We live in a house of bits,
specularity, refl ection, and bump maps. There are no boundaries
where we live; experience and creativity is our only road map.
My Cintiq can attest to that.
If you think I'm staring at you, I'm most likely just studying the way
light hits your hair. Or the raindrops on your raincoat. I see textures
before people and get lost in my thoughts about how to recreate
them in Paint Effects.
I'm a pen guy. At the Pen Collective, I've found a world of pen people.
