complete with a small adjoining petrol station for Diana to stop at when she's asking for directions. brewerys cellar became the oyal staff uarters and the network of secret corridors below the estate. The hunting grounds were recreated in a deer park near Dulmen, just west of Munster. An old mansion called Marquardt, north of Potsdam served as Park House, the abandoned childhood home of Diana Spencer. This family home and birthplace for Diana represents a haunting memory of freedom lost and a time that no longer exists now that she's married into the Royal family. During the last third of the production, the cast and key crew moved to England to shoot some of our most iconic locations. e fi lmed at the beautifully preserved Old Hunstanton Beach on the north shores of Norfolk. For the scenes where Diana is driving to and from Sandringham in her orsche, we fi lmed the country lanes and illages in the heartland of Norfolk. Shropham Church stood in for St. Mary Magdalene Church. unnily enough, the most di cult location shoot for the production to orchestrate was the ending of the fi lm when iana, illiam and arry are in front of Tower Bridge on the Thames. We shot this on the South Bank of the Thames near Butler's Wharf looking toward the famous landmark. D B C E
