A STREET VIEW TOUR OF THE DALLAS MUSEUM OF ART. B. REMBRANDT BY COLOR. C. AN EXPLORATION OF WATERCOLORS. D. CHAIRS BY TIMELINE. maor point of this section has been to introduce some resources beyond the standard Google image search. But for the sheer delight of exploration, it is tough to beat the Google Arts and Culture site. The sight is an ever-changing bazaar organized in association with cultural partners worldwide, and off ers ideo, highresolution images and interactie tours of a surprising array of choices. The site is not quite an endless scroll, but there are doens of topics the isitor can branch off on as they wander down the page. One can take virtual walk- throughs of a selection of museums, explore the topic of the day, explore places, artworks and periods, and see curtated materials presented in unique and surprising ways. The plore tab allows the user to choose by artist, medium, movement and a number of other categories. Once you pick your target, images of the works are collected from all over the web, and can be arranged by medium, on a timeline, or by color. This being Google, you can be sure of two things: they will gie you plenty of changes to wander off into other distractions, like games, quizzes and other websites, and they will tailor the results to your search history, so the more you use the site, the more it will predict your tastes. The one thing that will certianly happen is you will end up spending much more time here than you ever intended. There is always something else that is beautiful, facinating or unsuspected. Whenever that need to ust one out and let your attention wander hits, skip TikTok and head over the Google Arts and Culture. It does have a phone app. A B C D
