a pool party where you have to bring everything in, we have it all. If you need us to, we can bring in extra chefs for food, and we can add extra hours for the roller coaster." SeaWorld has been open since June 10, 2020. The park is following safety protocols. There are new operating procedures. Everyone entering the park must have their temperature checked. There is limited capacity. Masks are required, social distancing is practiced and there are markers in high traffic areas. There is a lot of hand sani- tizer. There are also crewmembers in the park with signs and hand gestures as a reminder to wear masks. They also control the capacity in dining areas. Disney Meetings & Events, open since July 2020, is known for its ability to magically make meetings special by offering access to best-in-class planners, industry-lead- ing technology, world-class culinary experts, and unforget- table entertainment. The organization boasts its leg- endary creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail, including enhanced comprehensive protocols for safety and cleanliness. Disney Meetings & Events, which suggests 10-200 as the best group size to maintain 35% capacity for social distancing, has five major hotels in the Orlando area and three in Anaheim, CA, all with breakout rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, and lounges, suites and impressive function space. "If you're looking for a location that wows attendees and inspires them to think differently, there's no better place than a Disney theme park," said Amy Pfeiffer, direc- tor, Convention Sales & Services, Disney Destinations. According to Pfeiffer, one great advantage is that theme parks offer dozens of elaborately themed locations, which can be an enormous cost-saving. "And for incentive groups, nothing says "special" and "VIP" to attendees like having a world-famous Disney attraction, land, or entire theme park privatized for them," said Pfeiffer. Disney Meetings & Events offers all aspects of creative services including production, entertainment, profession- al development, themed settings, and table décor. "Theme park venues offer unique immersive experi- ences for connecting with the added benefit of real cost savings," said Pfeiffer. "Whether it's a training meeting, a sales meeting, or an incentive, theme parks can reinforce messaging in a positive way like no place else." Ever mindful of COVID, promoting health and safety for their guests, clients, cast members, and the larger com- munity is a responsibility Disney takes seriously, said Pfeiffer, who added a range of health and safety meas- ures, such as limiting attendance, physical distancing, face coverings, temperature checks, and handwashing/hand sanitizer are currently in place. "Our approach emphasizes a combination of measures to help reduce risk in the carefully managed environment of our Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts," said Pfeiffer. "People have learned over time if you want to operate you have to do it safely," said Swan. "That way, everybody can win."
