Owner Laura Kranitz's motto: "We don't sell subtle—each piece is the statement." Her background in design dictates her choices, focusing on prints, pat- terns, and details, as she travels far and wide sourcing particularly novel pieces. There is also a broad but unique collection of men's attire. Kranitz's passion for vintage began at age 8 when she bought her neighbor's entire 1930s gown collection for 25¢ a gown. She studied fashion design at the Seattle Art Institute, then spent 20 years working in vintage and moonlighting as a milliner, honing her skills. Cannonball and Tilly provides studio services and is cur- rently open seven days a week from noon to 6 p.m., and by private appointment. @cannonballandtilly cannonballandtilly.com Because only bad witches are ugly New Custom Build Shop Located in Valencia (661) 753-3539 Sam@NorthernCostume.com 28064 Ave. Stanford Unit A Valencia, California
