C. PAT AT HIS DESK AT CBS.
Around 1980, Pat got very involved with the
union. He was elected to represent the scenic
area in contract talks and participated in the
formation of the Flex Plan. He went on to be
elected to the Board of Directors, then President
of the Scenic Artists Local 816. After merging
with the ADG, he was elected Vice President of
Local 800, and Council Chair of the Scenic Artists
Council. Union leadership has been an important
element in Pat's career, and he says "I am very
proud of the work I have done for the local, and
grateful that I was given the chance to serve."
