A Pet Project PHOTO CAMPAIGN AIMED AT INCREASING TURNOUT FOR BOARD ELECTION T he Motion Picture Editors Guild on Thursday announced the new- ly elected or re-elected members of the Guild's 2021 Board of Directors and IATSE Convention Delegates. The Board members took office on January 1 and were officially inducted at the Guild's first Board meeting of the new year on January 9. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Board Installation dinner that usually occured later in the evening was canceled. The Guild sent 8,235 ballots; 1,445 we re re t u r n e d — a re t u r n e d rate o f 17.55%. To help boost participation, the Guild invited members to send in photos of their pets with an "I Voted" sticker. Following is the list of members newly elected or re-elected to the Board during the recent election. (Members new to the Board are indicated by *.) ASSISTANT EDITOR Aziza Ngozi, Incumbent Scott A.
