The two day affair will be held in Atlanta on April 27th / 28th at the Atlanta Airport Marriott. We will keep you posted as other news develops. Conference and Trade Show - I have had several calls concerning the 11th Annual Conference and Trade Show. As mentioned earlier it will convene in Trinidad and Tobago, July 28 through August 5. The conference rate of $299.00 for members and $349.00 for non members includes: all conference materials, most meals, pre conference tour, transportation from Trinidad to Tobago, and transfers to the Tobago hotel. The Hyatt Regency Trinidad is the conference host hotel and in Tobago the Magdalene Grand Resort will serve as the host hotel. The conference rate for these hotels is $210.00 per night including tax based on single or double occupancy.  We are looking forward to seeing all of you in Trinidad and Tobago.  I especially want to thank those of you who show and list this fantastic event on your emails and websites. Still time to become a CERTIFIED TRAVEL AGENT – Have you ever thought about earning your CTA or CTC designation? You still have time to receive the study material. The test will be given at this year's conference in Trinidad and Tobago.  We will however make one change. If you request a test be order for you, you must pay a $50.00 registration fee.  The $50.00 will be returned to you at the conference if you actually take the test. In the past many have requested the test without taking it, which costs the association. Finally American Airlines has given us the necessary information to book flights to Trinidad for the up coming conference.  American Airlines is offering flights at a 10% discount on all classes of service to TPOC Conference attendees. The following steps are required to reserve seats: Travel agent must have either an IATA, ARC or CLIA number or card. Both group and individual space will be available. Reservation phone number – 1-866-269-5008 (best to call before 5 PM Port of Spain time) When making reservations, please refer to star file - N *TPOC Conference Ticket Designator  - TPOCC This information will also be added to the web site. Last but not least, TPOC'S new physical address is 1755 S. Beeler Street, Unit #6C, Denver, Colorado, Denver 80247. The post office box address remains the same. PO Box 39895, Denver, Colorado 80239.
