Even before COVID-19 became the acute topic in healthcare,
chief nursing officers were grappling with multitudes of
complex challenges. For this year's Roundtable, we asked local
CNOs to share their views on topics ranging from technology
innovations to depictions of nurses in the media to staffing
strategies. We also wanted to know how CNOs are supporting
their nursing teams during the stress and chaos of the
