CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT SIGNS MORE THAN $300 MILLION IN BUSINESS FOR CAESARS FORUM, SEVEN MONTHS BEFORE OPENING Experienced Leadership Team for State-of-the-Art Facility Also Announced C aesars Entertainment, one of the most diversified casino- entertainment companies in the world, announced recent- ly that more than $300 mil- lion in business has been secured for CAESARS FORUM, the new, 550,000- sq. ft. conference facility in Las Vegas. In the last 18 months, more than 125 con- tracts for meetings and events have been signed, with 75% of those contracts being new business. This monumental moment comes as Caesars Entertain- ment announces the leadership team who will oversee CAESARS FORUM operations when it opens in March 2020. Meetings and events industry lead- ers: Meeting Professionals Inter- national (MPI), Cvent, Confer-ence Direct, and Helms Briscoe have select- ed CAESARS FORUM for their annual meetings. "I am thrilled with the progress of the CAESARS FORUM build. Customer reception has been overwhelming, and demand is high," said, Caesars Entertainment Chief Sales Officer Michael Massari. "Our bookings far exceed our initial projections. We thank our industry part- ners for all their support. We are pleased to have our operations team at CAESARS FORUM in place and that we have talent from within the Caesars Entertainment Family." Caesars Entertainment announced Bill Dosch as executive director of Catering and Convention Services for CAESARS FORUM in May 2019. Dosch leads the operations team consist- ing of Director of Catering and Convention Services Vikki Kydd, Director of Catering and Convention Services Derrod McKinney, Assistant Director of Catering and Convention Services Jennifer Black, Senior Catering and Convention Services Manager Jamie Fox, and Director of Banquet Operations Matt Nitsche. CAESARS FORUM continues to meet its construction timeline for com- pletion, with crews working 24 hours a day, six days a week.
