The festival's Earth Lounge features jazz, rock and funk artists, along with poets and world music groups; the Healthy Hut focuses on health, yoga and meditation; and the EcoTent hosts talks about sustainable living and environmental issues. (No pets allowed.) pranafest 9/19–22 www.pranafest.org With kirtan, yoga, workshops and hot springs, this festival at the Jackson WellSprings in Ashland, Ore. has everything for everyone, student to sybarite. Pranafest's coming together and camping together for four days, you're essentially creating a city. Green festival 10/19–20 www.greenfestivals.org Perhaps the largest and longest running green consumer event, Green Festival L.A. takes place at the LA Mart in October. The weekend-long show unites a green community of speakers, entrepreneurs and artists, and features a unique marketplace of more than 300 businesses with an eco friendly flair. Learn about best practices in sustainable services and products, and enjoy local musicians, organic beer and wine, do-it-yourself workshops, responsible investing, youth programs and renewable energy.
