This month, we chatted with Marty Jay Zirofsky, who was recently named Vice President of Sales at Mercy/Neu Industries. He was previously VP of Sales & Distribution ��� Eastern U.S. at Bruvado Imports. TP: How would you de���ne Mercy���s culture and what attracted you to it? MJZ: If I could ���box��� the Mercy culture (which I can���t), it���d be somewhat of a heart-shaped box���the folks over there have a passion that is palpable. Every day is an opportunity for this team, and the drive and motivation they have here is inspiring.��The ingenuity and authenticity of their product is something that is absolutely real���and a must-have for me as a sales professional. We have something unique in Mercy. I am absolutely looking forward to working with them to grow this business and to successfully create a new category in the functional beverage space. TP: What advice would you give to job seekers looking for their next role? MJZ: Keep an ear to the ground, an eye on industry trends, and, above all, be open! It���s all about conversation. Network, keep close to contacts new and old and keep an open mind! TP: If you weren���t sipping Mercy, you would be drinking . . .
