Winners will be honored at the black-tie gala on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at The Novo by Microsoft at L.A. Live. Susan Cabral-Ebert, outgoing Local 706 President and Emmy ® -nominated make-up artist, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award: Make-up. Robert Louis Stevenson, legendary Emmy- winning hair stylist, will be the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award: Hair Styling. Melissa McCarthy will be honored with the 2019 Distinguished Artisan Award.
