three-night hotel stay and round-trip
airfare. Over 40 items and experiences were
auctioned off to benefit the SAG-AFTRA
Foundation's assistance and literacy programs.
Up next are the SAG Awards Red Carpet
Bleacher Seat Auction and Ceremony
Auction for the 25th Annual SAG Awards. The
Red Carpet Bleacher Seat Auction runs from
Jan. 3-13, 2019, at sagawards.org/auction.
This auction offers everyone the premiere
opportunity to cheer on this year's SAG
Awards nominees and presenters as they
walk the red carpet. Over 100 seats are up for
auction in the bleachers that line the carpet,
where winners can take selfies, photos and
videos, as well as request autographs from
their favorite actors.
The final auction, the SAG Awards Ceremony
Auction, launches on Jan. 25 and runs
through Feb. 4. This auction features exclusive
autographed film and TV memorabilia, as well
as once-in-a-lifetime experiences donated by
SAG Awards nominees, presenters, sponsors
and media. Auction items will be announced
throughout January at sagawards.org/auction.
All proceeds from the SAG Awards auctions
benefit the SAG-AFTRA Foundation's
Catastrophic Health Fund and Emergency
Assistance programs for SAG-AFTRA artists
in need, as well as its Emmy-nominated
children's literacy program Storyline Online,
(storylineonline.net) which reads to more than
8 million children worldwide every month.
