Bacchanal Buffet, which is set to open in early September 2012, will serve up an over-the-top feast created by a team of master chefs. Offering over 500 items and the most variety on the Las Vegas Strip, the Bacchanal Buffet will feature individually-plated items, small plates, numerous cooking stations and a staggering dessert display that will have visitors awed by not only the vast choices, but the freshness of the food and innovative design of the space.
