Does it ever get old? Randy Bertao: It is spectacular and a good way to start your day— well, that and a great glass of wine! I haven't done an interview with a private club before. I think what you've done here really sets a standard for wine programs and creative menus in this genre. I've been here 11 years and began as Food and Beverage Director before becoming General Manager. Keeping the wine list and menus progressing is a passion for myself and the team. I remember you at Los Gatos Brewing Company and then as the General Manager of Parcel 104. Things have certainly progressed!
