Secondly, the Valpolicella wine region makes up its western corner, and with its lush valleys, steep ridges and gleaming mountain streams, one simply can���t deny the sheer romance of the whole atmosphere. It seems the perfect place to fall in love. This is the setting from which Riondo���s Amarone (80% Corvina, 15% Rondinella, 5% Molinara) comes. The full, silky and sweet spiciness of this wine makes it almost seductive in its richness and complexity.
