Additional workflow features include task management, PO's, equipment inventory & maintenance, barcode / rental workflow, physical & digital asset management (DAM) functionalities, integrated CRM notifications, and so much more! Resources, tasks, & staffers on your jobs are reflected in our calendar, with the ability to sync to Google Calendar, Office365 & Exchange Calendars, as well as Apple Calendar. Resources are then added to Projects to develop jobs & work orders. Here you can manage project P&L, send jobs to invoices, and then out to 3rd party accounting software. Our CRM manages clients, vendors, and generate staff resources. Other resources include equipment, rooms, and services and can all be assigned default rates for both charges and expenses making job costing quick and easy. From our Main Menu, users may access any current project or any module, including the Contacts, Rooms, Equipment, or Services modules to create and define resources and resource packages. Our four core workflows includes Post-production, Film & TV Production, Equipment Rental and Audio Recording.
