SEAVIEW IMPORTS 92 Invivo 2014 Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand ($23) Invivo is New Zealand's first crowdfunded winery. This has a pale ruby color and silky texture with lush, ripe cherry fruit; it's tangy and food-friendly, with nice hints of toasty oak. SEAVIEW IMPORTS 92 Innocent Bystander 2015 Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand ($25) An Aussie winery ventures into Kiwi country and comes up a winner. Clean and juicy with ripe cherry, and plum fruit; fresh and lovely with notes of spice and oak. OLD BRIDGE CELLARS 93 Loveblock 2014 Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand ($30) Kim and Erica Crawford sold their hugely successful eponymous winery and founded this boutique operation. This deep, rich wine is beautifully balanced with tangy, juicy cherry fruit and a lengthy finish. Exemplary New World Pinot Noir. TERLATO WINES 88 Sileni Estates 2015 Cellar Selection Pinot Noir, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand ($15) Sileni was founded in 1997 by medical entrepreneur Graeme Avery and his winemaker friend Grant Edmonds. A nice by-the-glass selection with bright acidity and racy cherry fruit; crisp, tangy and savory. PRESTIGE BEVERAGE GROUP 88 Sileni Estates 2016 Pinot Noir, Cellar Selection, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand ($15) Pale color ; juicy and crisp with racy berry fruit; tangy and bright with red cherry and lively acidity; silky and long. PRESTIGE BEVERAGE GROUP 90 Sileni Estates 2015 Plateau Pinot Noir Reserve, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand ($17) Bright ruby color ; lush cherry nose; suave texture with ripe cherry fruit and good, firm acid structure; tangy and long. PRESTIGE BEVERAGE GROUP 91 Sileni Estates 2016 Pinot Noir Reserve, Plateau, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand ($17) Pale ruby color ; smooth cherry nose; dense and juicy with intriguing notes of earth and spice; fresh and long on the finish. PRESTIGE BEVERAGE GROUP 88 Trinity Hill 2015 Pinot Noir, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand ($17) A winery known for its warm-climate reds tries its hand with Pinot in cool-climate Hawkes Bay.
