Our TGIF cocktail, our beer at the ball park, our wine with the girlfriends are things we just don't want to sacrifice. That's why a quick Google search will turn up quite a few articles on "healthy alcoholic beverages." Just on search page one alone, you'll find features on lower-calorie, lower-carb adult beverage options in nearly every lifestyle magazine. The trick, all these articles point out, in finding healthier alternatives that won't disappoint the pleasure centers in our brains which light up when we experience something tasty.
