29 2015-2016 More than 50 Special Olympics athletes from Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia competed in the annual Special Olympics Delaware Cycling Competition on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at the Dover Air Force Base Air Command Museum. Dover AFB offered a safe location for the annual event for cyclists and their teams who traveled from across the Mid-Atlantic region to compete. More than 100 Dover Airmen volunteered to make the event a success. Cyclists raced in distances of 500 meters, 1 kilometer, 2 kilometers, 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, 15 kilometers and 20 kilometers. 2015 CYCLING
