A Silent Auction will include large format and rare finds. 7:30 p.m. Focus Dinner: Wines of Anderson Valley Dinner (Bistro) Executive Chef Vincent Lesage will prepare a five-course dinner to pair with wines from Anderson Valley in Sonoma including: Witching Stick, Goldeneye, Panthea and Waits Mast. Saturday, March 4 11 a.m Sparkling Brunch (Angel Oak Restaurant) The Somm Journal Deputy Editor Allyson Gorsuch will moderate a Sparkling Brunch at the new Angel Oak restaurant, where Bacara Resort & Spa's culinary team will prepare a meal to pair with a selection of Champagnes and other sparkling wines. 1 p.m. Pinot and Pâté (Salon 4) Sophie Boban-Doering and Paul Doering of C'est Cheese and Matt Kettman of Wine Enthusiast magazine will moderate a panel of winemakers and cheese experts offering tips on how to plan your next pairing.
