In the thick of holiday celebrating, up to our knees in a lukewarm stew of eggnog and hot buttered rum, The Tasting Panel got to wondering how the drier flavors of bitters and digestifs are used this time of year. So, in the holiday spirit, we reached out to a few experts and even asked for a few merry recipes.
