The Fledgling Fund awards grants to media projects in one or more of the following: audience engagement planning grants or audience engagement implementation grants. Although the Fledgling Fund does not specify age or grade limits, its grantees have gone on to win prestigious awards, including the Oscar and Emmy for outstanding documentaries and programming. Serious students of creative media and viable projects are the Fledgling Fund's focus.
