Broker's is equally bril- liant featured in a bone-dry Martini as it is in a Gin Gimlet. For that matter, the gin is marvelous mixed with a crisp tonic water. Curio on Harvest is a popular bar and lounge known for its high-end, artisanal cocktails in Columbus, OH, the home of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Look behind the bar and you'll see Broker's Gin on draught. The bar features Broker's in many of their made-from-scratch cocktails and specialty drinks, so dispensing the gin on-tap saves time and is an effective promotion. Owner Travis Owens is obviously a fan. "The higher proof gives it more alcohol bite, but this is to be expected. Even at 94 proof, the gin shows a subtlety of blending. There's an interesting mixture of botanical and citrus notes. The gin works wonder- fully in the classic Negroni, plus it's special in the Gin Sour and Tom Collins."
