which runs from Jan. 7–17, and
offers film and television fans
an opportunity to cheer on
the 22nd Annual SAG Awards
nominees and presenters as
they make their way down
the red carpet. Up for auction
are over 100 seats in the fan
bleachers, where the winners
will get the chance to take
pictures and video, and seek
autographs from some of their
favorite performers.
The final auction in
the series is the SAG
Awards Ceremony Auction,
which continues after the
SAG Awards are over, from
Jan. 29–Feb. 8. This
auction features additional
autographed film and TV
collectibles, as well as once-in-
a-lifetime experiences donated
by SAG Awards nominees,
presenters, sponsors and
media. Auction items will be
announced throughout January
at sagawards.org/auction.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation
is entirely supported by grants,
donations, and fundraisers
like the SAG Awards Auctions
— never from union dues.
Proceeds from the auctions
benefit the many assistance
programs offered to
SAG-AFTRA members
and families, as well as the
Foundation's free educational
performers programs, and
its award-winning volunteer
children's literacy programs:
Storyline Online and
BookPALS (Performing Artists
for Literacy in Schools).
