Anthony walked in my office with his breakfast that was covered and not touched yet. He was puzzled at the missing folders, but with determination and persistence he located the problem. While attending to my computer, two more staff members had some issues. He kindly took care of each one while keeping an eye on my computer. With his determination he executed his plan and found the problem. He stayed at my desk to make sure it was going to work. Aer 45 minutes he le and completed the task remotely. He followed up to make sure I had what I needed. ese are the types of employees that represent our medical center."
