This is the first installment of her new series. WHO Sommelier Michael Taylor of Del Frisco's Chicago took my pairing challenge with enthusiasm. He selected six wines to pair with regional Mexican flavors. "Not only do I love Mexican food, Taylor said, "but I cut my teeth for my first sommelier gig at Salpicon," another one of Chicago's venerable Mexican restaurants.
