coriander and juniper berries from Tuscany. These are all
steeped in fine grain spirit for 24 hours to release their
flavors, then distilled in a 100 year old copper pot still,
where we capture the heart of the distillation. The notes of
coriander, married with citrus peel and the softer notes of
blueberry and blackberry, deliver a distinctive new taste.
