1 part london no.1 gin.
4 parts high quality tonic water.
Pour in slowly to protect
the bubbles.
garnish with long peels of
orange and lemon.
add a dash of something, of
your choosing, for fun.
use large ice cubes if you can.
Stir once and enjoy.
