INDUSTRY SPOTLIGHT A Beam of Light for the Troops Appointments Doug Hengehold has been named Director, Sales and Business Development at The Winery Exchange in Novato. Winery Exchange is the only full-service, value- added, corporate brand beverage Doug Hengehold. alcohol company which sources beer, wine and spirits from the fi nest regions world- wide. At Winery Exchange, Hengehold will play a key sales role in building private label programs in the retail tier. The placement was made by The Cypress Group, an execu- tive recruiting fi rm based in St. Helena.
