PANEL SELECTED CONTRIBUTORS BRIDGET ALBERT is Director of Mixology for Southern Wine & Spirits of Illinois. She developed her techniques and talent tending bar at great establish- ments most notably the $1.6 billion Las Vegas resort, Bellagio. Bridget studied under Master Mixologist Tony Abou- Ganim and completed his cocktail and spirits program. She is the co-author of Market Fresh Mixology. BLAINE ASHLEY is a writer living on the island of Oahu. Over the past ten years, she’s covered the Hawaii, Los Angeles and New York social and nightlife scenes for a variety of publications, including Haute Living and Modern Luxury. She’s also a regular contributor for People, Us and Glamour magazines. Ashley also launched the cocktail culture–related website CitySip.com in December 2010. STACIE STUKIN is a Los Angeles–based writer whose work has appeared in The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, Time magazine and Elle Decor.
