Constellation Brands Renews Distributor Agreements with Republic National Distributing Company .3125 No Live Matter in this area! Constellation Brands, Inc. has announced the signing of new five-year distribution agreements with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), granting exclusive rights to sell Constellation's portfolio of wines and spirits in specific markets in the U.S. The new agreements extend a 2009 collaboration and take effect in March, 2015. RNDC will continue to have exclusive distribution rights in nine markets: Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and the District of Columbia. New Corporate Programs from Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas T he Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas (CMS-A) has announced the launch of two new corporate programs that will provide companies with group rates and access to its Introductory Sommelier Course and Examination at a significant savings. The intensive two-day seminar led by Master Sommeliers is aimed at providing employees in the restaurant and hospitality industry with the confidence and skill to recommend, buy and serve wine, beer and spirits from around the world. Companies can either purchase a block of seats in a course scheduled by the Court or can choose to host their own private course. New York's acclaimed Del Posto restaurant, Las Vegas's Aria Resort, Darden Restaurant Group, Princess Cruises, Whole Foods Market and several national distributors are just a few of the companies that have already trained employees through the Court's corporate programs.
