Here are the finalists in the “Make Your Best Shot” competition after our seven-city national search. I Using HARLEM Kruiden Liqueur—an 80-proof blend of fresh herbs and spices, with a distinct hint of mandarin—as their foundation, these 14 creative bartenders have given us their best shot and have made it to our SHOT SHOWCASE in Las Vegas. They are the first of a new breed, creat- ing, serving and promoting complex shots in the latest behind-the-bar trend initiated by HARLEM: Shotology. We chose HARLEM for the basis of each recipe because of its mixable nature and complex profile.
