Conferences QEIA: Initial Successes and Stories from the Field November 30, 2010 Sacramento (location to be announced) CTA is convening a symposium to present the findings from a series of site case studies of more than 20 schools throughout California participating in the Quality Education Investment Act (QEIA) program.
