a sort of simplified graphic version of real life for those with impaired cognitive ability. Almost all the working features in the town square are replicated in a sort of Playskool version in the safe, soothing environment of The Manor, as it's called. It's a mirror version of the rest of the design. The same visual hallmarks are present…the closed circles, the Americana, the wide-open sky… but in an even more easily digested form for the residents. It also has the set that has no windows or easy egress, begging the question of whether it's a care facility or a prison, which further asks the question of whether The Boroughs itself is a care facility or a prison.
