PEOPLE www.postmagazine.com 36 POST JAN/FEB 2024 ANTHONY THOMAS, BEAT REICHENBACH Artjail, the boutique VFX studio with locations in New York and Los Angeles, has expanded its CG department by wel- coming Anthony Thomas (right) as CG supervisor in LA, and Beat Reichenbach (left) as lead pipeline technical director/CG generalist, working with both New York and LA, and also tending to LA for pipeline and CG needs.´ Thomas spent the past 14 years freelancing for the likes of The Mill, Framestore, Parliament, Hello Scholar and Cosa VFX, across films, commer- cials, television, music videos and video games. Reichenbach joins Artjail after spending the majority of his career at Blur, leading teams in scene assembly, with a focus on lighting and environment modeling. KATIE DYMMOCK Post production house OkayStudio in London rang in the new year with an addition to its color depart- ment. The studio appointed Katie Dymmock colorist. Dymmock started her career under the mentorship of Simona Cristea, first at Rushes and then at Co©ee & TV. Moving on to The Mill, she made her mark in a global facility, while continuing to grow as an artist. Some of Dymmock's career highlights include music promos, such as New Rules' Ghost Town and Hendrix Harris' It's Not You, which was UKMVA nomi- nated for "Best Colour Grading." She also worked on fully-CG car commercials for the likes of Mercedes x Riot and Volvo. In addition, she has extensive experi- ence in beauty and fashion.´ AARON DUNKEL Alkemy X's´Creative Studio´in Philadelphia has added creative director/editor´Aaron Dunkel´to its roster for US commercial representation. Dunkel is an artistic commercial film editor with a knack for conceptualiz- ing, crafting and elevating creative commercials and fashion films. He brings expertise in both production and post production. Dunkel has produced original content for both product/brand initiatives and digital-first content.´ SHANNON SEWELL Molinare Creative Group's Pip Studios, which spe- cializes in localization and accessibility for the film, TV and games industries, has appointed Shannon Sewell head of client services and business devel- opment at the Berkshire, UK, studio. Sewell started out in broadcast recruitment, where she built her knowledge of the broadcast ecosystem. In her new role at Pip Studios, she will work with the studio's leadership team to deliver on their growth strategy for 2024, which includes diversifying the company's o©erings into vertical markets alongside further growth of its existing film localization services. SEAN DUNCKLEY Sean Dunckley has joined the creative team at Goldcrest Post in New York City as senior colorist. A highly accomplished post veteran, Dunckley brings more than 130 credits that span features, streaming and broadcast. Some of his recent work includes the MGM fea- ture´Bottoms,´the Max Original crime thriller´Tokyo Vice and the Apple TV+ teen comedy´Dickinson.´At Goldcrest, he will focus on high-quality studio and independent features, streaming productions and broadcast series. KAREN HENNEGAN Lvly, the New York City creative studio that works with agencies and brands, has appointed´Karen Hennegan´executive producer for Friend or Føe, their creative editorial division. As the company redefines its place in the advertising world, Hennegan steps up to support a realignment spearheaded by new- ly-elected president, Cara Cutrone. Hennegan previously served as VP director of video post production at Craft Worldwide, part of McCann Worldgroup. She was also formerly an execu- tive producer at Ataboy Studios. Her career includes key roles at Cosmo Street Editorial, where she served as operations manager and producer.´ BRIAN GAFFNEY MTI Film, The Hollywood-based provider of post production and restoration solutions, has appointed Brian Ga©ney VP of product for the company's soft- ware division. With a career spanning three decades, Ga©ney brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the media & entertainment industry. In his new role as VP of product, Ga©ney will spearhead the strategic development and enhancement of MTI Film's software o©erings, ensuring the company continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions to its clients. CHRIS CLARK, MICHAEL GROSS Squeak E. Clean Studios, the LA-based creative audio network, recently named executive creative producers/music supervi- sors Michael Gross (MG) and Chris Clark as co-managing directors, overseeing US operations. Hamish Macdonald, who has served as Squeak E. Clean's global managing director since the company merged with Nylon Studios in 2019, will step aside to con- tinue to oversee Squeak E. Clean Studios' Australian operations. Clark (left) joined the Squeak team in Chicago in 2020 from his former post as director of music at Leo Burnett. MG (right) joined on at the West Coast in 2021 from Google. The pair will continue to expand the company's brand direct and nontraditional work, including experiential and long-form, while overseeing growth with the company's core commercial work rooted in cultural relevance.
